We act for employers and employees alike in relation to employment disputes.  Predominantly, we assist in relation to restraint of trade matters.  As a business owner it is important to have an employment contracts which protect the employer’s confidential information and goodwill and clients, employees, and business generally.  Whilst restraint of trade clauses are generally contrary to public policy as they pose restrictions on an individuals right to seek employment and work, they will be enforceable where they go no further than to protect the legitimate business interests of the employer.
